This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the rights, responsibilities, and limitations regarding cancellations and refund requests by users who subscribe to our Biginius.com Support Services.

1. Definitions

“Service” – Any product or service offered by Biginius.com, including Scholarship Acquisition, College Admission, Educational Loan, Mess & Hostel Assistance, and Placement Assistance.

“User” – Any individual or organization availing Biginius.com’s services.

“Commencement of Service” – The point at which Biginius.com begins work on a User’s request, including but not limited to document verification, application preparation, partner coordination, or profile creation.

“Non-Refundable Fees” – Charges that cannot be refunded under any circumstances (e.g., administrative fees, processing charges, taxes).

2. General Refund Principles
2.1 Non-Refundable Nature
Unless otherwise specified, all fees paid to Biginius.com are non-refundable once the service has commenced.

2.2 Pre-Commencement Cancellation
A User who cancels before the commencement of service may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to deduction of administrative charges and applicable taxes.

2.3 Service-Specific Conditions

(a) Scholarship Acquisition – Refund requests are only accepted before submission of scholarship applications to the relevant portals. Once submitted, no refund will be issued.

(b) College Admission – Refunds are possible only before official registration or counselling applications are submitted to the concerned institution.

(c) Educational Loan – Refunds are eligible only before loan applications are lodged with banks/NBFCs. Once submission is made, no refund applies.

(d) Mess & Hostel – Refunds are possible only before accommodation booking confirmation from the provider.

(e) Placement Assistance – Refunds are only possible before the User’s profile is added to employer outreach campaigns.

3.2 Service Provider-Initiated Cancellation
In rare cases, Biginius.com may cancel the service (e.g., inability to proceed due to unverifiable user data or non-cooperation).

Refund eligibility: Full or partial refund based on cause of cancellation.

Exceptions: No refund if the user has breached terms, submitted forged documents, or failed to provide required inputs after 3 reminders.

5. Refund Request Process
To initiate a cancellation or refund request, users must email:

Refund decisions will be made within 5 working days after internal verification. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.

6. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
