• Assistance with the completion and submission of college applications, including documentation, deadlines, and supplemental materials.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients utilizing Biginius.com college admission services are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding their academic background, extracurricular activities, achievements, and personal aspirations.
• Collaborating with our consultants to develop a customized college admission strategy aligned with their goals and preferences.
• Complying with deadlines and requirements set forth by colleges or universities during the application process.
• Notifying the consultancy of any changes or updates to their application status, including offers of admission, scholarship awards, or deferral requests.

2.1 Advisory Role: a) Biginius.com acts in an advisory capacity and does not guarantee admission to any specific college or university. b) While our consultants provide expert guidance and support throughout the college admission process, final admission decisions rest with the respective institutions. c) Clients understand that admission outcomes may be influenced by various factors beyond the consultancy’s control, including academic performance, extracurricular involvement, standardized test scores, and institutional preferences.

2.2 Confidentiality: a) Biginius.com maintains strict confidentiality concerning client information and application content. b) Client data, including personal statements, essays, resumes, test scores, and transcripts, will not be shared with third parties without the express consent of the client. c) Confidentiality extends to all communications between the client and our advisors, ensuring confidentiality and discretion during the college admissions process.

3. Fee Structure

a) College Admission Services of Biginius.com is subject to fees, which may vary depending on the scope and complexity of the client’s requirements. b) Clients will be provided with a detailed fee structure outlining the services provided and associated costs before the engagement. c) Payment terms, including installment options and refund policies, will be specified in the service agreement between the Client and the Consultant.

4. Conflict of Interest

a) Biginius.com maintains integrity and impartiality in its advisory role and avoids conflicts of interest that could compromise the best interests of the client. b) Advisors will disclose any potential conflicts of interest, including personal relationships with college admissions officers or affiliations with educational institutions that might affect their objectivity in guiding the client.

5. Compliance with Ethical Standards

a) Biginius.com adheres to the ethical standards and guidelines established by professional associations including the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA) and the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC). b) Consultants uphold the principles of integrity, honesty, and professionalism in all interactions with clients and educational institutions.

6. Limitation of Liability

a) Biginius.com will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or expense incurred by clients as a result of their engagement with the consultancy’s college admission services. b) This includes but is not limited to, application fees, travel expenses, standardized testing costs, or any indirect or consequential damages.

7. Amendments and Modifications

a) Biginius.com reserves the right to amend or modify these college admission service terms at any time without prior notice. b) Clients will be notified of any changes through official communication channels, and the updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting..

8. Governing Law

These college admission service terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction where Biginius.com is registered and operates.
